His motivations are scary and genuine, and his strategy is intricate and carefully thought out. He is the one who devised both. The story is cleverly constructed, and there are several unexpected plot developments that will keep the audience guessing right up to the very end.

The film's outstanding visual effects are just one of its many strong points. The movie has an enormous scope thanks to the use of IMAX cameras, and each of the several locations, including Moscow, Dubai, and Bombay, are all gorgeously shot. The use of technology in the film is also excellent, from the high-tech gadgets used by the crew to the spectacular projection technique utilized by Hendricks to create the appearance of a nuclear missile launch.
